Who we are

Milk the Money is run by Lakshmi Vishvanadhan, based in Tamil Nadu, India ("we", "us"). By using this website or buying a plan, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What you get

Milk the Money is a library of small businesses with reported revenue, plus our notes on how they find customers and how you might test a similar idea. Some ideas are free. The rest unlock with a one-time purchase:

• The Calf: the 100 highest-ranked ideas in the database.
• The Cash Cow: the 500 highest-ranked ideas, plus the Top 100 PDF report.
• The Whole Herd: every idea in this edition of the database, the Top 100 PDF report and a full download of the database (CSV and Excel).

Plans are one-time payments, not subscriptions. You won't be charged again. Each plan is a snapshot of this edition of the database and is not updated. We release new reports about every quarter, sold separately. You can leave your email to hear when one is out.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, billing, receipts and applicable sales tax or VAT, and its own terms apply to the payment itself. Prices are shown in US dollars before any tax added at checkout. You can also buy through Gumroad, under Gumroad's own terms.

Your license

When you buy a plan, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own projects. You agree not to:

• Share, resell, publish or redistribute the content or your license key.
• Copy the library in bulk, or scrape it with automated tools.
• Use your key on more than 3 devices at once. You can free a device from the Unlock page.

If a key is shared or misused, we may disable it without a refund.

About the information

Revenue figures and other numbers are reported by the founders or drawn from public sources. We don't audit them and can't guarantee they are accurate, complete or current. Our analysis, scores and suggestions are opinions, not professional, legal, financial or investment advice. Any business you start is your own decision and risk. Past results of other businesses don't predict yours.

Brand names and websites listed belong to their owners. Listing a business doesn't mean it endorses us.

Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the site running, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, update or remove ideas, and change features or these terms. If we change these terms, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use the site means you accept the changes.

Liability

The site and content are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
